Wine club shipments go out twice a year, once in the spring and once in the fall. We will send you an email a few weeks before your order is processed so that you can customize your shipment and add items to your order. Please reach out at shipping@cantinadelvesuvio.it if you need help or have any questions.
No, we will not charge your card until we process your spring and fall shipments. We send out upcoming shipment notification emails that include the date we will process your payment a few weeks before your shipment is processed so that you can customize your shipment or add items to your order before we process your payment.
Please email us at shipping@cantinadelvesuvio.it if you need to change something in your order. If your order has not yet been picked up by the carrier, we can still make the change. Once the order has been handed over to the carrier, no changes can be made.
To update your delivery address, billing address, or payment method, log in to your wine club account. Once you are logged in, scroll down to the bottom of the page and click the “Edit” button in the appropriate box.
Yes! You can customize your selections for each shipment by logging into your account and then clicking the “Customize Your Shipment” button.
We are unable to manage your shipment once it has left our warehouse. You must contact either FedEx or UPS yourself. Please reach out to FedEx or UPS directly to manage delivery options if you will not be home to receive your package. We strongly recommend that you receive the package on the first delivery attempt. You can manage your delivery options for FedEx through FedEx Delivery Manager or by calling 1 (800) 463-3339. You can manage your delivery options for UPS through UPS My Choice or by calling 1 (800) 742-5877. Please note that after three missed delivery attempts the package will be returned to us and there is a reshipping fee for us to ship the package again. Yes! You can skip a shipment anytime by logging into your account and selecting the option to skip your upcoming delivery. If you prefer, you can also email us at shipping@cantinadelvesuvio.it and we’ll be happy to take care of it for you.
After meeting the minimum requirement of two shipments, you can cancel your membership at any time by logging into your account and selecting the cancellation option. If you prefer, you can also email us at shipping@cantinadelvesuvio.it and we’ll process it for you.
Your initial password is your last name written in all lowercase letters. We recommend changing it to one of your choice immediately after your first login for security purposes.
